What to expect

You'll hear back within 1 business day. I don't route inquiries through an assistant or a form system. This comes directly to me.
First conversation is a no-commitment call. 30 minutes. You tell me what you're working on; I tell you whether and how I can help.
I'll be direct if it's not a fit. If what you need is outside my scope or I'm at capacity, I'll tell you that clearly and try to point you somewhere useful.
If there's a fit, we scope before we start. No ambiguous retainers, no open-ended billing. Scope, deliverables, and timeline agreed in writing before work begins.
Work starts when we're both ready. Not before.
